top right of the menu. If you're having trouble finding your coach click on the
search button on the menu bar - this will give you advanced search features, such as
searching by country, city, state, first name, last name, etc. If you can't find your
coach, click the add link on the menu bar. Please do a thorough search
before adding a new coach.
All ratings are guaranteed anonymous. You can only rate your coach once from
your IP address. Feel free to leave anonymous comments for your coach or leave
your name and e-mail. If you leave a valid e-mail address you'll get copies of replies
to your comments.

He says that wrestling is the glue that holds MMA together.
